How do I get a quote?
Send your postcode, photographs and a short description through WhatsApp, or call 07348 758581. Include approximate dimensions, access details and your preferred timing. A site visit may be needed for larger or more complex work.
How much does garden maintenance cost?
Garden maintenance is £65 per hour for the attending gardening team, which may consist of one or two people as agreed in your quote. Minimum booking: one hour. The quotation confirms the hours, team arrangement and total. Waste is extra unless included.
What is the garden clearance rate?
Garden clearance is £73–£82 per hour for the attending gardening team, depending on severity. The team may be one or two people as agreed in your quote. Minimum booking: one hour. Overgrowth, access, waste and the required finish affect the total.
Is garden waste removal included?
Waste disposal is quoted separately unless your quotation expressly includes it. Optional green waste disposal is £50 per jumbo bag. Mixed rubbish, bulky items, soil and building waste are outside this green-waste service. Contact LookDeVis Services about its wider waste services.
Do you provide regular garden maintenance?
Yes. We offer one-off and recurring care, including weekly, fortnightly, monthly and seasonal visits. The suitable frequency depends on your garden and the work required.
Do you work at weekends?
Saturday and Sunday appointments are available subject to the schedule. Tell us your preferred dates when you enquire.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Edgware and serve London and surrounding areas, including Harrow, Stanmore, Barnet, Wembley, Watford and Borehamwood. Send your postcode to confirm availability for your service.
Can you give a quote from photographs?
Photos can help us assess straightforward work and prepare an initial quotation. For landscaping, tree surgery, uncertain access or hidden ground conditions, we may need a site visit before confirming the scope and price.
Do you work with landlords and businesses?
Yes. We work with homeowners, landlords, tenants and commercial customers. Enquire about shared grounds, rental properties, workplaces and recurring garden maintenance.
Are materials included in project quotations?
Your quotation confirms whether materials, labour and waste are included or listed separately. Landscaping materials depend on the agreed specification.
Are you insured and licensed for waste removal?
LookDeVis Services operates LookDeVis Gardeners and handles the work. Ask for its current insurance and waste-carrier documentation. Ask us for the relevant documentation when arranging your work.
Do you offer same-day services?
Contact us to check the current schedule. Short-notice appointments may be possible, but same-day availability is not guaranteed.
